great views and proximity to palermo's highlights make it a win

The fine views from the hotel made early mornings worthwhile, and being just a quick walk away from parrocchia s. Giovanni battista allowed for lovely strolls through the area taking in the local life. Although the shuttle service to downtown was convenient, its limited schedule could be a bit restrictive for those wanting to explore at their own pace.

Private parking on site provided. A huge variety of food for breakfast including fruit, coffee, and slices of fresh bread. Ideal location near a bus stop which brought you to down town Palermo.

The location in a great quiet area was stunning and wonderful and there were a market and local stores nearby. The bus stop was 500 metres away. The room I stayed in was great-sized and well-equipped and complete with spectacular views of the Sicilian landscape, bidet, for instance. Got varied and very good breakfasts with yogurts and cheeses, for instance.

Hotel Bel 3 offered amazing panoramic views of Palermo and the Mediterranean Sea from my balcony. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a small fridge and ample storage space. The attentive staff provided excellent service.

Parking fees were unexpected.

The hotel is outside downtown Palermo. Perfect for those who would like to avoid big cities traffic jam. It is very easy to take other cities exit, like Monreale, etc... And the view from the hotel is beatifull because is located in the montain behind Palermo. The hotel facilities are very nice. Recomend!

The stunning views from my room made each morning amazing, and the restaurant's seafood was a good surprise that enhanced our experience.

Location way up above Palermo. Taxi into city 18 euros. Driving to pick up the motor way to go any where not for the faint hearted. If you hire a car make sure you have full cover insurance. Bedroom walls not sound proofed

Hotel is located outside of palermo (car needed). Welcoming staff. Wonderfull view of palermo from the room. The room was very big.

The room can be very noisy (we can hear guys next door and the staff). Vut not disturbing though. The breakfast was poor (no fresh bread). But overall is ok.

I liked the location of Hotel Bel Tre. The view from the Hotel down onto the city is spectacular and at every hour of the day worth a look. After a day out in the busy City of Palermo the peace and quiet of the hotel was bliss - felicita. The staff did the utmost to satisfy their guests' wishes. The Restaurant offers a good menu with a wide choice of traditional Italian and Sicilian dishes. I experienced car driving in Palermo City as rather breath taking and was happy to use the local buses instead of my car. Conveniently the bus station is easy to reach and the hotel also offers free transport to the station. The tour down into the City features enough to see so that it does not get boring, even if done repeatedly. All in all thanks also to the friendliness of all of the staff of Hotel Bel 3 I enjoyed my stay in Palermo to the full.

Bel 3 offers fine views from a great location on a cliff, perfect for exploring the area and reaching the airport. The spacious double room was veryvery comfy and tidy. The friendly staff and good breakfast options really enhanced our experience. They also have a nice gym you can use 24 hours, a plus.

I really enjoyed the room with view, the bed was extremely comfy. Got a rich and very very good breakfast offered mostly sweets.

The view is breathtaking!!! We staying in the triple room. The room is huge and clean with stunning view overlooking the pool and palermo. Just like their photos on website. We stayed on their top floor though. The restaurant there is great.great food and value. Will definitely go back and stay again. Nice people there. Breakfast is good too.

It's outside on top of hill. Quite a bit of drive. You need to have a car to get there. It's easier. Pool is great but main pool children are not allow in. Bathroom is big but have a bit funny smell.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and pastries. We also loved taking a day trip to the nearby Villa Airoldi Golf Club, where everyone had fun playing mini-golf.

My wife says that the shuttle service schedule should be more flexible for families with kids.
